The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled, experienced FP&A Manager with ASX listed company experience to join our energetic, professional and expanding team based in Sydney.

As our FP&A Manager you will report to the Group Financial Controller and will work very closely with the Elixinol Group CFO, senior management to provide a finance planning and analysis across the group.

Role responsibilities

  • Manage planning/forecasting processes including preparing insightful commentary and analysis
  • Maintain a ledger of group financial risk & opportunities on delivery of forecasts
  • Lead coordination of regional board reports and prepare group consolidated board report
  • Prepare investor presentations
  • Monitor competitor key metrics and prepare insightful commentary and analysis
  • Manage TM1 administration, security and integrity with source systems
  • Basic TM1 development (complex development will continue to be outsourced)
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Process improvements 

We are interested in hearing from people who have

  • CA/CPA qualified and a minimum of 7+ years experience from chartered or commerce
  • Relevant Accounting tertiary qualifications
  • Ability to concisely communicate financial information to a broad audience including the Board and non-financial colleagues
  • Financial Modelling experience
  • Dedication to continuous improvement, including adopting new tools and systems to improve accuracy and automation
  • Interest in implementing system and process improvements
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with TM1 including administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of business process and internal controls related to accounting functions and across businesses
